Shred’s main goal is fast and efficient fat loss. It focuses on enhancing cardiovascular performance through conditioning. It consists of challenging and intense fast paced circuits allowing for fast calorie burn and efficient fat loss. The class is all designed to push your body to the limits and to get out of your comfort zone.
