What is gymnastics?
Gymnastics program is an assessment-based program that promotes good technique and longevity in movements.
Maybe you dream of doing your first Muscle-Up/ pull-up/Toes to bar/Dip, or you've been training for a long time and want to address the imbalances in your training. The Gymnastics Program will help you build the strength and stability you need to reach those goals.

Level: Intermediate
Movements Covered:
Handstand hold,Pullups (kipping & strict), Dips, Toes to bar, Muscleup Transition
Training Days:
Saturday 8:00 PM
& Tuesday 6:00 PM
12 SESSIONS
Prerequisites To Join The Program:
3 Pushups
60 sec plank
30 sec hang from the bar
