what happens after you register:


1. You get a 30min scheduled consultation call with your assigned coach
This Call can be an audio or video call to know your coach and for the coach to know you. You will talk about your goals, limitations, previous athletic experience and ask whatever questions you need to know
2. After the call you perform your physical assessment
To get started, you’ll do an online assessment using videos that will be clarified to you by your Coach over Truecoach application that will have descriptions for each assessment needed, you’ll perform a variety of movement tests to identify your current skill level as well as establish your baseline level of strength and endurance. As you progress in your training, you and your coach will revisit your assessments, monitor progress, and ensure that you are constantly moving forward. 
3. Start Your Training 
You’ll access your daily, individualized training and lifestyle program through the TrueCoach app on your phone. Your coach will provide detailed notes and instructions for your workouts. At the end of each training session you will update your training stats, review historic performance, and chat with your coach about your training. Your coach will use this data to guide your Biweekly consults.
4. Reach Your Goals 
You’ll have a continuous conversation with your coach, with anytime messaging and Biweekly calls. Your coach is always available when you need them. Your Fitness Grind Coach is with you in your journey and will help you stay on track to reach your goals.
