1. You start by a scheduled in-person consultation call with your assigned coach

This meeting is to know your coach and for the coach to know you. You will talk about your goals, limitations, previous athletic experience and ask whatever questions you need to know.
2. After the meeting, you’ll perform your physical assessment and inbody test
To get started, you’ll do a full body movement assessment in the Gym, you’ll perform a variety of movement tests to identify your current skill level as well as establish your baseline level of strength and endurance. As you progress in your training, you and your coach will revisit your assessments, monitor progress, and ensure that you are constantly moving forward. 
3. Start Your Training 
Your coach will set a schedule with you for your weekly workouts in the Gym where he/she will be coaching you in person to help you train safely and effectively.

You’ll also access your daily individualized training and lifestyle program through CoachRx app on your phone. Your coach will provide detailed notes and instructions for your workouts. At the end of each training session you will update your training stats, review historic performance, and chat with your coach about your training. Your coach will use this data to guide your monthly consults.
4. Reach Your Goals 
You’ll have a continuous conversation with your coach, with anytime messaging and monthly meetings. Your coach is always available when you need them. Your Fitness Grind Coach is with you in your journey and will help you stay on track to reach your goals.
