THE GRIND

LEVEL:

INTERMEDIATE + ADVANCED

This class requires a solid background in fitness (at least six months of the basic foundations class-OR passing a required fitness test). During this class, you will use weights and learn highly technical skills that will further enhance your level of fitness.

You will be challenged physically and mentally. Prepare to leave our workout drenched

in sweat!
